Server location or anywhere in the world?

    Hiya,

    • If location doesn't matter, hetzner will be an amazing bang for the bucks.
    • Would you need a dedicated 1Gbit port or shared is fine?
    • Estimated Monthly bandwidth?

  • @mhosting_in EU would be nice. However location is not the main issue. Reliability is and low latency.

@seriesn Windows node hosts SAP and pfsense server multi site vpn head.

Thanks boss. For VPN, obviously the more bandwidth the better. Since your need is pretty much on the higher end of the spectrum, definitely grab a Ryzen Dedicated server.

Get a bigger node, split that into 2 VM and you will have a perfect solution :)

As long as your VPN usage usage is personal, no one should complain.

I won't try to be a vulture and offer you something, when you can get more for less and with quality :)

If running SAP the server will need high IO.

  • @AK_KWH can you do 1TB on the windows node and allow both nodes to communicate via private IP?

  • TejyTejy Member

Online.net may be suitable in your case (1Gbps)

Do you have any specific location in mind?

We have 2.5Gbps servers on sale at present and can also provision private vLans for inter-server communication.
