HostUS - High Performance Ryzen KVM VPS - in Los Angeles, Dallas, Singapore!

AlexanderMAlexanderM Member, Top Host, Host Rep

Hello friends, happy August!

Thank you for spending your time checking out our latest offer. You might have seen our recent offers in Singapore and Amsterdam, but did you know you can also enjoy the awesomeness of AMD Ryzen in the US cities of Los Angeles and Dallas?

As with all HostUS plans, these come fully feature packed - backed by high performance Ryzen CPU cores, RAID 1 NVMe storage and premium networks. You have full selection of the common Linux / BSD OSes, and Windows is available on 2GB+ RAM plans. Upon request we can load any custom ISO you want to install, and one FREE snapshot is included.

In Los Angeles and Dallas, all services are connected to two diverse network paths using VRRP for 2N network redundancy, and all routes are highly optimized with Noction IRP!

Miami or NY/NJ would certainly be of interest...

Out of curiosity, why Intel specifically? Ryzen/EPYC seems to be the better choice these days. Or is Intel still winning on single-core performance?

Or Washington D.C., Atlanta or Charlotte (considering the locations hostus already has).

Sure :) We're mostly sold out in Charlotte but have some space in Washington DC for these plans if you're interested. We run on Xeon Scalable CPUs there.

Depending on the benchmarks you look at, Intel still has a slight lead in single core performance - those Coffee Lake cores definitely are very performant! AMD on the other hand gives more bang for your buck :)

Washington D.C. sounds great as location. Which processors? Something like Gold 6254 would be a headbanger.

For the budget conscious we have Xeon Silver 4214 or E5-1650 v3.

Sure, can be set up with a small set-up fee due to manual LOA / filtering requirements in this location.

  • Your SG link said that the location is hongkong. I think you should left the SG link as out of stock, and create link for the hongkong location?

Just suggestion. Maybe there are people that want location exactly in SG :)

You can select the HK location in the dropdown box, it's fine as is.

  • @AlexanderM Is it difficult to offer in Hong Kong with the same specifications and prices as in Singapore?

Oh, I miss the dropdown. Usually on Whmcs, just click on the link, and checkout. I don't see there is additional dropdown for the location. It is ok I think. Will be better when there is link to predefine the selected dropdown.

All the .sg links in OP now have HK added as a location :)

@kuerisu - pricing in HK same as SG

  • @bdl - My question is whether @AlexanderM can offer the same specifications at the same price.
    Ryzen KVM VPS, not Xeon.

Not right now sir. The Xeon E5's we have in Hong Kong still pack plenty of grunt.
