    You said in the ticket that you will inform us when you get another DDOS issue 11 days ago, but you haven't updated the ticket yet. You know that we enabled the DDOS firewall after your first complaint ticket and you said you will inform us if there are any further issues.
    What happened now? Why don't you inform us if you face any issues? Its been 11 days now !!!

    Sir i havent face any ddos those days but when the attackers attack me your ddos its not working , so what i wanted to say is that i had trouble with your servers from ddos attacks.

    Sir i havent face any ddos those days but when the attackers attack me your ddos its not working , also the layer 7 its not working i can prove it to you very easy that your vps doesnt not have ddos.

    Thanks for confirming that your issue has been fixed. I think you need to update the ticket or the live chat when you face any sort of issues related to your server. We always assure instant support actions even for abuse activities.
