Copying to iDrive from an Ubuntu 12.04 server?
I have an Ubuntu 12.04 server in which I have around the 300GB size of files that I want to transfer to my drive backup storage.
I drive provides a Linux script which I tried and not working as I think it is because of the older Linux version that I may have. Does anyone know how to backup/mirror to iDrive, either via FTP?
Or any other solutions?

You could probably scp to another server, or just transfer the files via FTP, you could also try something like this: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/33063673/bash-script-to-backup-data-to-google-drive
Spin up a server at an hourly provider and just scp or rsync it across?
If your provider has a recovery mode function, you can boot it into that and run the script there.
As @Harambe recommended...
1) I got an hourly VPS with the new Ubuntu version,
2) rsync the files from my old Linux box to the new
3) In the new box I could install the iDrive's script and upload the files to iDrive.
Thanks for all your inputs.
