No, just looking for 16+ cores and 1gb ram per core machine in
NL.
Some more details such as storage would be advised to get idea and for expansion.

May be. However, difference in connection speed while we're connected to AMS-IX will not be so noticeable. Few ms of latency.
It is about 41ms RTT for me. Relatively speaking that's not a lot, however I wouldn't call it 'a few ms' when the RTT to Amsterdam is 6ms.
Also traffic isn't routed through AMS-IX for me.
I also suspect that the request was so specific because of local laws.

Well, it was NL or nearby. But we can only guess what OP means with nearby. In my book that'd be Belgium, NRW or London. Maybe he means Rotterdam.
