    I have had one or more VPS w/ Hassan for the past two years and decided to try their NVME running debian 9 from Miami.
    All looks good -definitely NVME Speeds !

    Could you please tell me on their support(in case of network/hardware issues) and uptime.

    Uptime has been excellent and my last ticket (4/14) was answered same day by Hassan.

    AES-NI has not been intentionally disabled. It'll require a reboot to enable so this isn't something we would urgently look to fix unless a customer requests it. We'll get this enabled for future nodes.
