  • Can no longer recommend this company. Dec 8 I opened a ticket about one of my VPSs going down. Got the run around trying to get a backup or at least a working VPS. Promised credited time at least. Around January 29th, VPS was removed from my account. Around March 11th, my only other (And now only I guess.) VPS also went down and now I'm just in a constant state of having to reopen the ticket cause they won't respond and I get emails about it being closed.

    I truly wanted to like them. I kept my second VPS going despite all the issues with the first and I was fully willing to just get a fresh VPS and go on with my day. I even waited months before I even decided to post a public complaint. I think I gave way too many chances at this point.

After buying it on Black Friday I couldn’t use my server for single day because you guys were working on it!! Then you promised me to refund but you never refunded as its been more than one month. Not responding to my ticket anymore. Now you are closing my ticket without responding!!! Are guys doing business or just scamming!!?

    We have 24x7 Support Staff available for dedicated servers/NOC but VPS, Billing its Monday - Friday 9 - 18 clock. Germany time. Hence your ticket wasn't responded yet.

    I will give the ticket to someone, escalate it and open ticket with 2checkout tomorrow aswell.

It's true I am a bit unhappy because from my side your company has wasted my time, Hostslick has failed to deliver the service since the day I made the payment. Which is more than 3 months now. After creating tickets, the Tech team has given me times several times but they never fixed it. After 3 months I can be a little impatient for the refund right? Your billing told me they will refund me 1 month ago, yet I didn't get a refund. If you ask me how ScammerSlick sounds, I would say it sounds perfect for the current situation you have put me in.

    We dont check back once refund has been applied at the payment provider (2checkout). So something may be stuck there. But we will Open a Ticket with them as i said :smile:

    It usally takes 5-7 business days to show up.

    Can you please re-open it?
    We now have disabled Auto-close in WHMCS in case your ticket may take longer then 24 hours. Due to the few complaints about the closing.

    Currently doing our best and focus to reply on this times:.

    Webhosting: within same day.
    VPS: within 8 hours
    Dedicated Servers and Colocation: within a hour.

    Few cases may take longer then that. But seems rare. If auto closed i apology, should not be the case now anymore.
