KeepSolid/VPNUnlimited introduced Wireguard (beta) support
Since some people here also got a KeepSolid VPN LTD from Stacksocial I thought I'd share this
Haven't used them in a while since I usually stick to Windscribe but when I used them today I saw they got Wireguard (beta) support now which you can tick in connection settings of their client. Obviously you shouldn't connect to anything crucial when using wireguard since it's still in beta but performance was about 95% of my regular internet speed and really swift No lags when streaming for sure.

What can go wrong?
Indeed
Possible to use it without their client?
I don't think it's available for manual setup with them yet (according to this): https://www.vpnunlimitedapp.com/blog/introducing-wireguard-vpn-protocol/#7
But sure, manual setup for other protocols like OpenVPN is possible.
Edit: Yeah, in the user area I also can't create a manual setup config for Wireguard. Just L2TP, IKEV and OVPN.
Somehow wireguard drink my juice faster than openvpn.
BTW you can currently get a lifetime 5-device account with this VPN for $15 here: https://academy.zdnet.com/sales/vpn-unlimited-lifetime-subscription
Use coupon: VPNSAVE
I think it's available on Stacksocial, too. Of that's more "trusted"
VPNFEB15
StackSocial runs ZDNet's "Academy"
It may not be fully audited yet but it is considered mature enough to be accepted into the Linux kernel's roadmap and the radically simple design makes auditing easier and minimizes attack surfaces.
Also I know people like to tout OpenVPN as "more secure" because it has been audited, but auditors are going to miss things too and OpenVPN has a massive cumbersome codebase to comb through (and that's before including some one the behemoth crypto libraries it can be linked against like OpenSSL)
These things are all true. However, there are other reasons why it's not ready yet as I'm pretty sure Donenfeld himself has said. Lack of anonymity being a major one since there's no dynamic addressing.
Thanks for the news @Ympker, this is really encouraging news!!
It's true that the few lines of code wireguard uses in comparison is pretty awesome. I'm sure it'll find its' place among the others. And yeah ovpn is kinda the crowds favourite. But with most providers offering pptp or L2TP and only sometimes Ikev2 as alternative there wasn't much out there until wireguard appeared.

Isn't it available for 15$ right now though?
yes, $25 is lowest at this point.
but $14.99 can get fastestvpn for life here (2 devices): https://stacksocial.com/sales/fastestvpn-lifetime-subscription-2-device
Did you read any of the comments above?
Both, @nulldev and me made a post on how to get it for 15$. Both deals are still available.
It's still available. Just purchased KeepSolid VPN Unlimited LTD 5 devices for only $15 with VPNFEB15 coupon. It doesn't work for 10 devices though.
Welcome to the family! Enjoy
Thanks! Already enjoying it, seems like a solid VPN
Do the Stacksocial / ZDNet codes posted above work for any other VPNs they stock? I've already got Ivacy, FastestVPN and KeepSolid - but i'd like more options
A fellow VPN collector? Nice
Unfortunately I don't think they work for VPNSecure or any of the othere You can install Honey chrome extension though and check if any discount codes work.
Buy two.
It's little slow. Max 30Mbit/s
Good idea, 2 lifetimes, just in case I live twice.
10 devices, cheaper than upgrade
Firefox addon doesn't seem to work for me
They also offer device limit extension packages sometimes
Try Chrome. It works very stable for me
Thank you! Chrome works!
I wonder are keepsolid app adblock included?
I didn't see any settings for adblock, and I think it is pretty important function for a VPN.
