    Yes, we just ask the customers to upload the full cPanel backups.

    We use these deals to fund our expansion to a new office, 160m2, large one, to initiate our NOC project and co-working area.

  • Doesn't this just burn your customer base in the long run? Doing frequent LTDs may get you quick cash up front but how many customers convert to buying more services? If most of the buyers here already have LTDs with you, who is left to buy sustainable services that bring in recurring money? And what happens when all the idlers start using things and you have no capital to expand the hardware? More LTDs?

    We do hosting for local companies as well.
    Recurring income is more than enough to pay for the servers. Many people using our servers for email since we have MailChannels. Just an example! :)

    At LET, idling is a terminal illness. Cure idling is way harder than cure AIDS. Experimental proof.
