    How would you define 'low'?

    This seems very interesting:

    You will be charged INR 3,034.81 ($50) per blacklist if you are caught spamming illicit and unsolicited emails, this is enforced by a local collection agency whom will follow up and we have right to share your details to the agency if it is right to do so.

    Not utilising the full network speed since your on 'shared' gbps.

    Nothing not unusual, you spam you pay for us to clean it. Been in the terms for over 9 months now I believe without issues :)

    I have no intention of spamming. It caught my attention, because in my country, local collection agencies are synonymous with armed goons coming around to collect owed rent. :P

    I doubt this makes a differences. Real spammers don't pay. They quit and move on. So to most people it should be a non-issue.

    Works more than quite well, we use to get a lot of spammers and this has decreased significantly
