  • Do you plan on ever releasing KVM in London? I remember from memory a few years ago you used to have it but it appears you've completely got rid of it in favour of Netherlands.

    Hi,

We will see. For yet, nothing is planned for UK. Theres only 2 Nodes we have for Openvz in UK.

In NL we have complete Racks full with Nodes and also Dedicated Servers for customers.
In 2/3 weeks we will setup new, own BGP Router in Netherlands aswell.
We aswell plan to bring up more and more dedicated server offers Q1/2020.
    Got plans in Netherlands.

    Regards,
    Max

We only deploy VPS Nodes with SSD currently, so this is SSD

    No problem.

To be honest here, i dont own a single HD  Even the Dedicated Servers come with 2x480GB SSD or 2x1TB SSD (higher 2TB+ SSDs if needed on custom quote)
We will deploy NVME aswell in 2020 and i think i mentioned before that we review the AMD demand.

SSDs are more faster for our customers and I personally think SSD price will drop even more following next year. An if i would use HDs, then for Storage servers maybe. But currently it looks like our customers dont have much demand on Storage VPS.

  • Storage is always in demand only depends on the price

I spent $50 on a 2TB hard drive, plugged it into the home router, and never pay for a storage VPS again.

Benefit of VPS is fixed IP and faster upload to the Internet. You can't beat that with a residential Internet line.

Computation is cheaper too. Last offer from HostSlick was about $30/year for 4 cores (under "fair use" it's more like 1.5 cores) and 4GB memory in VZ7.
If I put the same computation in my basement, it's $100 (Raspberry Pi 4 with SD card and power supply).

Needs to be cheap for the customer and sustaining for the company (us) while offering quality i think?
Dont think i can beat the Romanian guy though,price-whise if i would launch so

Well if something changes this new year and we have some available, youll see for sure one here. I have big plans for this year, we will have even more dedicated servers in stock and surely there will be more dedi deals following also.
Since October 2019 we also do Dedicated Servers (100% owned Hardware) and it has been success so far. Looking to expand here, Business Plan is ready to be executed.

For the Storage thing, lets see. Maybe

This January we start with installing own BGP Router and connects, ports for our ASN.
Its already on the way. Feburary we get a range of dedicated servers for rent to customers delivered from our supplier.

Well I'm one of those bargain hunters out there whom while appreciates the cut throat price the resident .Ro friend offers but fear that intermittent disruption would ruin the otherwise enjoyable experience. So yeah somewhere between the usual $/TB and .Ro's ¢/TB for much preferred uptime.

Don't know about router but hope it's not Jupiter brand

Our Network is mostly Juniper Sir. However besides of redundancy options, for total Failure of any Switch, we got pre-configured Replacement Switches Racked aswell, so in case of Failure, Technicans only need to change Cables.

Our Junipers run very stable. I like them. No single issue since racked and running.

Because Openvz7 is out of stock for now and will take a bit to be restocked.
