Cheap Dedicated server in Europe request
Looking for a dedicated server in Europe ( KVM with dedicated resources may work too ).
Intel E3 or something 4cores 8 threads.
16-32GB RAM
~250SSD ( 480 would be better)
1 IPv4
1Gbps Port ( only hosting webpages so not using much traffic )
for 25EUR
I can pay for one year, but after one year I would like to pay monthly.

Hetzner.
If there was EX42-NVMe I would buy but no stock for 2 weeks or more.
Also, SYS has for 29.99Eur. but port speed is limited to 250...
Kimsufi
Kimsufi has only 100 Mbps
Just Grabbed E3 1245v2, 16gb, 6tb for $27 from hetzner, few others in auctions now.
Great peering to eastern us, get 90-100MB/s with usenet and great plex streaming
Bought from Hetzner for 31.77 ( Intel Core i7-4770 * 2x SSD SATA 240 GB * 4x RAM 8192 MB DDR3).
Price is a bit out of my range but hope this to be better than SYS or current online.net deal that I had for several years ( LT DEALS 1701.1 Pro-3-S 1x Intel® Xeon E3 1230 v3 32 GB DDR3 ECC 2x 1 TB SATA3 ) for 20 EUR.
With online.net I had no problems at all for 3 years, but the port speed is limited to 100 and needed SSD disks for performance.
Right now the cheapest package is $31 for 3770/
2x240gb ssd/32gb non ecc.
If your looking for xeon and ecc
$37 for 1275v5/2x480gb ent ssd/64gb ecc
Real tough to beat hetzner, so something has to give our wait until some specials. Really love my dedi from them, ent drives have quite a few hours but peering, speeds and performance have been great. Worst case the drives die and I get new replacements
SYS has 250-500 mbps unmetered.

100M is fine for most use cases, you just lack the burst and have to wait slightly longer sometime. No biggie for the price you pay at KS - especially if you find a good deal.
