Hostdoc KC4 benchmarks - is this normal?

Picked up a Hostdoc KC4 VPS this Cyber Monday, ran a few benchmarks on it and the download speeds seem kinda slow. I saw that in another reviewof the KC3 instance had much higher download speeds. Since KC3 and KC4 are in the same location, the network speed should be similar? Anyone with KC4 seeing the same thing as I do?

    That definitely doesn't look good. Thanks for pinging me. At the moment there isn't anything I could do to fix that as such, but I can assure you the Doc will be very interested in curing this.

    I'll do some digging with what I have access to, and see if I can figure out why this is showing poor results.

    EDIT; DOH! I locked myself out of the admin panel.. oops :/

      I cannot diagnose this without knowing who you are and checking your instance.

    2. Does this look like our help desk?
      No ticket opened, no live chat, no discord message not even an email.
      What is the point of a help desk if your first protocol is a forum?
      Asking the public before even reaching out to those who can directly assist does not help you nor myself

    Calm down, always so hostile to your customers who dare murmur something even slightly negative.

    If you actually read what he stated in the opening paragraph OP was simply asking a question if anyone else had experienced slow speeds.

    Free world, people are allowed to ask simple questions. If the speeds are slow then the speed are slow, so be it.
