Those words come from standard templates. Don't take them seriously unless you paid for priority support.

Our average reply time on support tickets is less than an hour. Sometimes a reply can come a bit later than expected. With large businesses we usually sign an SLA agreement covering the support response times and service availability.

Agreed. I need to pay for priority support, if I desire.

    Mining cryptocurrencies is not allowed.

Terms and Conditions are all written in Dutch. How am I supposed to know these rules?

    Look here, you're welcome.

Or you can do one of the following: (optional)
    a. Go Dutch on your next lunch or drinks with friends
    b. Establish a Grand Duchy or marry a Duchess
    c. Plan a trip to Sumatra or Bali Java (formerly the Dutch East Indies)

    Edit: 'd' courtesy Merriam-Webster's Dictionary
    d. Get into a Dutch with someone. Or maybe not.

There are online services like Google Translate or Bing Microsoft Translator which translate Dutch to English or any other language you like.

We are actually working on an English Terms and Conditions to replace our Dutch version. This should be available soon.

    Hello,

We don't provide DDoS protection on our servers. If we receive an inbound attack the attacked IP will be null routed until the attack has stopped.

If you want to host websites on the server then I recommend using proxy services such as Cloudflare to have DDoS protection.

See image below for a traceroute to Cloudflare's DNS.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, we don't have a test IP for version 6.

  • I have bought server with discount. I want upgrade later time, will the promo price still available for upgrades?

  • Ignored DMCA? Actually we don’t host file on your server, the file was host somewhere else... we only use your VPS for player (file will host somewhere, not your)

If you upgrade while the sale is active (the whole month of November) you will get the discount!

You can host anything you want on our servers as long as it isn't illegal according to Dutch law and doesn't break our Terms and Conditions. Things that are not allowed are at least: phishing, e-mail spam, ddos or related, illegal porn.

    @HowieHoo said:

You can, only if the receivers of the e-mails have given you permission to e-mail them.

Sending e-mail spam from our servers will be noticed very fast and will result in termination and a report with our anti-fraud networks.

  • The DataOne center is the biggest no-go if you ask me. For those who don’t ring a bell yet, it’s owned by the owner of Ecatel/Novogara and there have been a lot of stories about them on Google.

See for yourself, but I wouldn’t be surprised if the servers would be raided one day.

    Hi,

Why is it a supposed 'no-go' zone? Where do you base your claim on?

We have our servers in this datacenter for almost 5 years now and are very satisfied and know the owners personally. If it is owned by people you don't like it doesn't mean this datacenter is automatically bad :joy:

We don't see loading issues right now with our site.

Let me be clear. I am not here to talk bad about the datacenter or the people behind it. Everyone can make his own choices. I just say I personally wouldn’t host there. That’s all. :)

  • Is it 100mbit to the node or capped per VM? 1gbit to the node?

For someone who joined only two days, this is the third time that you've asked this question

(Hmm, no, not suspicious at all)
