Can you ping the IP your site is hosted on?
Hi, It seems their Database server is down. MY wordpress sites cannot connect to database server
Then you need to wait for them to reply to the support ticket.
Btw, what are you paying for the hosting and what are the details of your hosting plan?
Which location?
Singapore
Here is what happened:
their disk are full db are down
@Sofia_K you prediction is real
My site seems to be up - it's in SG.
My WP site is also on SG. Not facing any prob.
Edit: My another non WP site's database is not working. Yep they have issue
If DB is down, could be this:

Why autoupdate can be dangerous.
My WordPress site, hosted in Singapore, on a totally different network and server is also fine. See it in my signature.
Anyway,
I guess this is the cause... Ran out of NVMe SSDs. Went out to buy some more, but it's already night here in SG, so ya...
When I logged on to cPanel- Singapore @HostMantis account. Atleast one site(WP) is working.
Edit: Confirming rest (All WP) are down with the error
_"Error establishing a database connection" _
Maybe they are all moving to ipv6. Oh wait...
May be unrelated by the Big A has also been behaving funny past couple of days.
amazon.in - hosted in Singapore as well I believe. Could be same DC?
From Bengaluru, I get the following speeds:
and I get the occasional errors:
external link to screenshot on droplr
The screenshot was straight in your face type, with amazon in big bold. Therefore posting just the link for those interested.
Nope their " / " is 100% ran out of storage
They just fixed this thankfully, it's at 93% now
well pack the bag bois show is over it seems server are up and running
ive multiple server with them ive noticed their disk are almost always above 90% ,
UK, Singapore and Australia servers planned maintenance:
https://status.hostmantis.com/
Had a few minutes of downtime, but noticed "Disk /" go from 80+ % full (with a yellow exclamation mark next to it) to just over 20% full.
From my understanding of Linux file system, some 20% free space prevents any problems with data fragmentation - so suppose this is better than just having more free space.
