  • does snapshot free? Can use coupon 104LIFE ?

  • launchvpslaunchvps Member, Patron Provider

@aRNoLD These are deals with a discount already applied so there is no need to use a promo. :)

@Matt247 Yes, 1 snapshot is free. Although we only guarantee that they will be available 7 days after creation. Usually, they are available for much longer, but that is the expectation we set. Snapshots use expensive SSD disk. If you need a longer-term backup/image snapshot, I recommend signing up for our backups add-on. These are stored off-server on an NFS system.

As for the promo, these plans are already discounted and do not support adding additional promocodes.

I hope this answers your questions. Let me know if you need help with anything else! :)

@JDMcPea If you open a ticket, we can get those DD speeds up drastically. There are a few tweaks that can be made to the scheduler settings in Linux.

Also, we can enable host CPU pass through to give you better performance. :)

Thanks for being a long time customer. :) Your configuration is definitely from some time ago. Much appreciated! 👍
