    They sent an email about migrating to a new IP range some days ago ... (45.138.xxx.xxx)

    My instance has been offline for a while as well - control panel still shows 45.11.xxx.xxx

    Control panel loads with the following announcements:
    (Translated from German):

    Due to changes in our infrastructure we are switching all networks to 45.138.xxx.xxx/24.
    All affected customers will receive an e-mail with the further procedure in the next few days.
    We ask for your understanding that we must take this step in the course of our continuous growth.
    We plan for this change accordingly, so that you and we can react flexibly.
    If you have questions, you can call us or open a ticket in the customer center.
    Thanks a lot!

    We are currently receiving many reports that the website and the customer center can no longer be accessed. We are currently working on a system migration of the firewall and fix this error during the day.

    Currently getting wonky CPU/network and fluctuating steal time.... Hope it gets sorted out

    Mines already on new IP as ordered again on same day they do migration

  • I was able to access client area ... but still have not got a new IP, so just put in a ticket to cancel service and delete my account.

    According to their FAQ no cancellation is necessary for prepaid service, but it seemed like a good opportunity to exercise teh google translate:

    Hallo - ich werde meinen Service nicht verlängern. Bitte kündige meinen Server (vServer Frühjahr venocix-512 / 45.11.xxx.xxx) und lösche meinen Account.
    Vielen Dank.

  • Update: Some back and forth via tickets with Tim - pleasant enough but at the moment I don't really have time (read: patience) to explain why I am not entirely satisfied with my recent experience specifically with regards to the current stability of their service etc ...

    Would just suggest that if anyone actually is interested in seeing how they do going forward, then it may be useful to open a ticket and take it from there (whenever their client interface is operational - mine's been working when I check, as far as I can recall).

    I do see the IP address for my instance has (finally) been updated so may try to spin it up again at some point to compare notes with @cybertech

    I also saw this new notification: (translated from German)

    Planned maintenance (27.09.2019 23:00 o'clock - 28.09.2019 3:00 o'clock)
    We inform about a maintenance window of 4 hours. This evening we will move the components in the data center and put new switches and fiber optic connections into operation.
    During maintenance, your vServer is not reachable on the affected host system. Other affected systems are: Backup-SAN, DATA-SAN, ihr-webhosting.de.
    The customer center will be available as usual. Orders or upgrades are transferred to a waiting loop and automatically run as soon as the systems are online again.
    Customer service is available through live support throughout the evening.
    If you have questions, we are at your disposal.

    Update:

    Sent another email asking about Error 1020, reply is they updated TOS and shall no longer serve customers outside of EU. No further explanation. Network seems to degraded on the Asia side.
