Chicago as usual, I could say Detroit, but who the heck wants to host anything in Michigan.
I like QuickPacket for Chicago, but probably from a VPS reseller rather than going straight-to-dedi. Anyone else?
LiquidWeb does.
Off to bed soon - get your votes in!
1 vote on each, does that mean I get all 5?
Nice little "How-To" you wrote there
You put that services are offered in the EU but then ask for next location as countries within the EU, would help if you stated where in the EU you currently offer services, it's a big place, same as the USA.
Thanks @Ympker - It was during a night spree so needs some touch up. Soon! Also thank you @Lee I need to reinstate exact locations on the order forms as well as on my ads. I'm on it.
For readers reference: London, UK. New York, USA. Luxembourg, EU.
Nah they don't they just offer it for people to click on.
edit: Just to say I bought of the yearlies before and after some "growing pains" coming from Cpanelmonkeyshitassedperferatedfarts it has been excellent, and @Mic-hael is easy to work with and very responsive.
Too bad I ordered directly through the website without reading this thread first. Oh well, 50 pence. Probably won’t notice it ;-)
Hey, did you just get the one? There's two more locations! That's a £1 saving
Thanks mate!
It seems that Los Angeles has lost.
Maybe I should and then use a round robin dns for extra fallback . Nah, I'm good. It's for a project that's long done, but I want to keep it online as an archive. Smallweb seems like a great provider for that purpose.
You are not wrong, he seems to be a good provider.
I had never thought about archiving projects, but SmallWeb sounds perfect for that, yes!
Los Angeles could always bounce back @starrydots :P
I still have a bunch of tasks to do before I set up the new location.
So I'm running on data allowance for the foreseeable. Still have some DNS and cleanup tasks and such which is uch over my phone but we will survive!
Give me a holler if you need a hand.
Can I buy one of these in beer xxx
I'm not a drinker so unfortunately not!
Sell the beer, come back to me ;-)
Both sold out right now!
Yeah, took UK out of stock. Upgrade to the disk requires re-partitioning and my internet is not good so I've asked if I can get "Remote Hands". When that/my internet is back it will be sorted.
Edit: Done at amazing efficiency. Have some tasks to do at McWSS's Parking Lot but UK will be in stock later today.
UK Back in stock @Spotlight
I told you I would help, no need for remote hands for this kind of thing. I mean free help as well, not going to charge you a dime.
If you do not pay for remote I understand, but if it cost you something do not hesitate to ask.
It's all good. They did me a solid.
I should have a stable connection come Monday
It seems that Los Angeles has the hope of getting the first
UK reseller?
Got one in stock
Keep up the good worm
Wiggle wiggle.
Thanks mate!
Thanks
