Yes, London with NVMe and Storage plans. The rest of the locations just NVMe (since they are all somewhat 'exotic' and storage doesn't make sense there).

They will be available again soon. They're disabled temporarily as we're close to out of capacity in a lot of locations, while some are waiting for new RIPE space to come in.
London has been ready to go since earlier July, but we're busy doing a big maintenance in LA in the first week of August. So a week or two after that. We'll do Chicago + London storage at $7 / 3 TB (https://www.lowendtalk.com/discussion/156828/celebrating-8-years-in-business-promos-inside-chi-ny-la-stockholm-oslo-amsterdam-vienna/p1) and some other cool deals. 4 somewhat less served European locations are also coming in the next few months. We're shipping pallets to EU now.

@Abdullah regarding above "waiting lists", maybe it would be good idea to send notification about new locations/promos to current customers in advance (let say one day or few hours) before it goes public
win-win for both sides, as already verified client (no payment issues, abuse safe etc.) is better than unknown one, and loyal customers would feel yet another reason to stay with you
