I find they from leb,
I order one at 18'11/02, they set auto-debiting from paypal,
I request canced auto-debiting at 18'11/30, they didn't responce and delete my ticket,
them they auto-debiting again at 18'12/31,
I open a ticket to request cancel my service and refund, open a dispute case in paypal,
they say I must close that case them just discuss with me,
after I close that case on paypal and reply that ticket,
they "delele" my account with no any response

    So.

you agreed to the terms in English and you do not understand English

you set up a paypal subscription

you agreed to send money every month

you open a paypal dispute because paypal sent the money when you asked them to send it

you then tell the host you cant speak English

you are then upset the host does not want to deal with you

Quality stuff, why not shit on their office door and demand the toilet paper?

you then tell the host you cant speak English

I said I not a English user, just can use easy word to say what I want to say

Quality stuff, why not shit on their office door and demand the toilet paper?

    Because
    1. I didn't live at their office next door,
    2. I know it from leb, so I response here,

Yes, why else would you want to get money back? Because you haven't sent it?

You obviously don't know how Paypal works. YOU are the one who agrees to the subscription and YOU are the one that control the automated payments in your paypal account. You can go and cancel the subscription ANYTIME YOU WANT in the paypal interface, which you should have done instead of ticketing as they cannot cancel the agreement (and/or most hosts will not) on their side.

So if you keep getting billed, it is your own fault, not the hosts.

    my 2 cents.

    Cheers!

Overpayments, including payments made via PayPal subscription after the submission of a cancellation notice, will be applied as a credit to your account with Mean Servers for future use. Credits applied to your account do not expire and can be used at anytime, for any service including transferring said credit to another Mean Servers client should you so choose. It is the clients sole responsibility to cancel PayPal subscriptions when cancelling their services with Mean Servers. Overpayments, payments after the fact, and outstanding credits will not be refunded.

    no comment with your opinion,

Just close your PayPal account and you won't be billed again or learn how PayPal subscription works

Literally impossible for them to take money from your paypal account.

you agreed with paypal to send it.

  • Paypal subscriptions work as follows:

The host sets a price and an interval

You give paypal authorization to give the host that amount every interval.

When you cancel your service with the provider, you also need to tell paypal to stop giving them money.

The host can theoretically do that too, but most hosts dont or wont do so.

So, yet again, it was technically you who authorized paypal to send money to the host.

The problem here is at your end, not at the hosts end.
