I meant that to the provider because obviously the customer only paid once. If the service provider missed the payment to the network provider then the end is nigh.

It’s not my life that we’re betting. Yours or my agency’s. But if i die now pretty much the agency is fucked aswell. So yea.

Don’t bet too much or i’ll have to hire someone to take you out(in a date,)

    Priceless.

    Who are you?!

    • Luke, i am your FA- archive.org

    Omnipotent, omnipresent, omnidirectional...

    This reminds me of AwardSpace...

The free hosting on a subdomain i had there since 2006 IS STILL GOING!!!

I forgot the username, the password, the mail, the mail password... But i can still open the webpage and access all of my static html stuff on their subdomain.

Come to think of it, if anyone registers a domain and demises drifts into obscurity, the domain lease will be long gone before the ethernal hosting itself...

Nowhere near deadpool area : )

Forgot to renew the primary domain, though it should be fixed within a few minutes. This should have not affected your hosting in anyway though as we use different domain and nameservers for the hosting.

Do let me know if you have any issue, happy to help you out.

  • that's incorrect, your nameservers use your primary domain, e.g. ns1.alimemaj.com - so yes, sites were offline.

Glad you sorted it out, though.

An apology is a good response might I add ;)

Indeed you are absolutely right, i do apologise though. I need to get all my domains under one roof, noted in future.

Also regarding nameservers, we do have some backup ones: ns1.alimemaj.group and ns2.alimemaj.group if this ever happens, probably never again.

    Cheers!

Hey, nameservers look to be responding fine from here. Are you using extension .group or .com? Also this ain't no support section do drop me an email or contact through whmcs.

    Thanks!

armandorg said: Also this ain't no support section do drop me an email or contact through whmcs.

The nameservers arent responding fine, (.com)

    server ns1.alimemaj.com
    DNS request timed out.
    timeout was 2 seconds.
    *** Can't find address for server ns1.alimemaj.com: Non-existent domain
    server ns2.alimemaj.com
    DNS request timed out.
    timeout was 2 seconds.
    *** Can't find address for server ns2.alimemaj.com: Non-existent domain

I've now switched the nameservers to .group seeing as the .com nameservers are unreliable.

also do you think I'd be asking here if I could open a ticket? your nameservers are not working and your main domain is "Sorry, we're doing some work on the site".

same reason i used this thread last time.

Hey we just double checked and yes .com extension nameservers are having some kind of issue at the moment, please stick to the .group in the meantime. Thanks for letting me know aswell as we did not recieve any email regarding this either.

    We'll sort this asap.

well if the nameserver is down how would the email be routed to you ;) although your main domain is using some other nameservers, so it probably would have, but from a support POV I just assumed if i email a support ticket it'd bounce back due to nature of the problem
