  • For those who were as confused as me, you choose the config of each of the 10 servers, one at a time, before getting to the billing page. Total is (as described) $35

That is the WHMCS way, all previous bundles has/had to be setup like this.

  • Just wondering what can I use this sized VPS for. Any input?

There is a thread here on LET where I listed ~ 10 things that you can use a NAT VPS for.
Can’t find it now while browsing using my phone.

    Some examples:
    Websites
    Monitoring
    Irc
    Proxy/vpn

Latest question was someone trying to use it as a proxy home.

    OK, I'm just easily confised.

  • Hello, u mentioned u haves own "Reverse Proxy management" in client area:

    1) if i good understood, this mean when i order your NATs i can run websites (domains) and set from your admin proxy redirection (for nginx) = mean where my domains will requested by back end nginx from my internal NAT IP?? right??

    2) it`s really and stable working without issues and downtimes? (mean this your own proxy system)

I asked especially for this - because i`m not interesting in purchase NATs if then only possible option for run domains as http is use CloudFlare proxy translate from their IPv4 to my NAT IPv6... Beucase then website public showed IPv4 is CLoudFlare IPv4s.. I want NATs where websites IPv4 will be public showed really as NAT main IPv4 (means diferent geolock nad IPv4 at each NAts, not every time only CF proxy IPv4), so i think only way is just provider who haves well working own back end proxy which is able fetch websites from internal IPs

apologies for my bad eng (still i hope u will understand what i`m asking) and thanks for answer

  • If you build application for public domain (for other users), I would say go for a better VPS, definitely not a NAT VPS, they tends to be oversold, DDoS, overused ports for torrents/movie streaming.

I use NAT VPS (I am sure many others in similar way, I recommended at least 10+ friends, they buy & use NAT VPS) mainly for watching movies, downloading videos, filtering advertisements, access torrent sites, check emails when I use someone else WIFI/public wifi, Sock proxies and VPN.. I am the only user for this site, I am OK if the service is down for few hours. I do have one other backup VPS (5 USD per year through virmach for same, but more reliable).

Short answer is yes. This works.
You setup your webserver as you would have done with a ”regular” vps.
Port 80 for http and 443 for https.
In WHMCS you select your VPS, click the domain forwarding icon.
Enter the domain name you would like to forward.
Save and set an A record with your DNS provider.

All looking glass installations are running on an actual NAT node.

Torrenting is not allowed on my NAT service and the (ab)user will be terminated then and there when caught.

With 10 locations you can always setup your own failover and in theory never be offline.

hello gks: Thank u very much for your reaction and opinion. I have more than 200 VPS currently (most of them by good and really stable serious (not overselling) providers such as hostHatch, hudsonValey, Virmach, LetBox, Iniz etc.) and last time i leaved all worst shits from overselling kings such as woot, hostmybytes, alpha, hiform etc. because i lost nerves regularly see them offline or dissaster performance working - this is really only waste of time and money buy anything by those "providers", and simply websites will never work good and stable at them, so i fully agree with you. On the second side fee to keep so many VPS is not a lot for me (i prefer to have websites hosted on dedicated IPv4 each), so from this reason i`m looking for cheap solutions as NAT can be but with condition must be stable (no woothosting or hostmybytes type provider). So i wanna try mrVm how will be his NAts working. (too providers with own back end proxy which allow use domains as http on NAT is no very much i think). Regards

and i forgot to mention - many of sites what i hosted are simple SEO sites only, with much html text content and low resource consuming (php and MySQL not high load), without email servers/services. So too i can use NATs for them just, it they are stable (without outages or very slow network and IO / overloaded )

Perhaps. Probably not on all locations as 1-2 of them are running low on stock.
You know you get twice the ram and more disk on this offer then a 128mb offer will? For less than the regular 128mb price.

  • when i tried order, after click on buton CONTINUE i was redirected on order page of another NAT (US), not checout page, and additionally when i tried view basket, there is added NAT but with prices $7 (regular)
can u pls checkt it and fix? thx

  • or i must order all 10 as bundle as once?

  • @miu said: or i must order all 10 as bundle as once?

    Correct.

  • @mikho,

    Torrenting, we have two things,

    1. Access to torrent websites which hosts torrent file/magnet links which are blocked in few countries, like India, ISPs act very fast blocking website that host torrent files
    2. Torrenting as real download peer to peer.

In my case, I use the option 1, to access torrent website. Torrenting (option 2) still happens with my ISP as they don't block peer to peer connections, though there is a risk in exposing the ip address to some fly catchers..

To get the bundle price, you have to buy all 10 at once.

That is the WHMCS way, setup one and then the other. This continues until you have done all 10. Then you can checkout and the price has been set ttonthe discounted price.
