Company is taking orders for Miami, delivering a VPS on a broken node, support is providing vague macro answers and no reply from billing during business hours.
Why is this company even allowed to post?
@doughmanes this should not have been happening. This should have been fixed a week ago but the automated fix may not have made it to Miami.
I am the main sysadmin at Hostodo and I'm in my final semester of my degree working on my senior capstone project as well as other classes and it has been a bit of struggle with my workload. I apologize for this oversight and we'll set you right in terms of account credit.
