  Cheapest 100 mbps unmetered bandwidth is probably Scaleway (2€/month + VAT). However, the IPv6 address changes when you restart the server.

  I truly cannot see any legitimate use case for fifty virtual servers, the 25 Windows RDP VPSes that you wanted previously, nor the "fake residential IPs" that you wanted a while back.
