    This is very true, especially since my case in 2011 in EU - Multiple govs lost as LOT of money in this (Austria alone 100k EUR+, Poland like 20k, US 50k+) which could have been easily prevented by checking RDNS or the public exit list.

    Executive was practically shamed by the judge panel (as a larger criminal case you have 3 judges) for now following what was even defined as standard procedure before already in eg. Germany.

    It is not much risk anymore, especially as company - as private person... depends, Austrian law eg. never changed and still only applies full zero liability to companies, not natural persons.
