    Here's a benchmark using ServerScope.io (including Unixbench):

Test results for AREA 51 SECRET BETA TESTING at LetBox

    Server specs:

    2 × Common KVM processor
2 GB RAM / 18 GB disk space
    Debian 9.4
    Cheyenne, United States

    Benchmark results summary:

    UnixBench - 1238.5
    Disk Read - 342 MB/s
    Disk Write - 548 MB/s
    Bandwidth - 119.97 MB/s

    More: https://serverscope.io/trials/K0nP

I can say the storage and network are extremely fast - booting into Debian 9 takes less than 1 second.

There seems to be some problem with the network though, I can ping 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 and other IPs but pinging 1.1.1.1/1.0.0.1 in particular results in 100% packet loss? Latency seems to be high too.

Some more benchmarking (speedtest.net and freevps bench) are here

    Thanks

I'll give it a try if you add more stock, got the next two days free to stress the server for errors. Just a question, will this have custom ISO function?

  • Ooops, too late... wait for new stock... :)

  • pretty fast. works perfect for my redis server

When you order there's an option to input a URL for an ISO you want to be mounted.

  • @key900 There's a bug when you try to create a disk from the client area. When you first create the disk, select 1024 MB, it creates a disk for 1024 KB, then when I resize to 1024 MB, it creates a 2046 MB disk.

We tested with Raid and it impact the performance when it come to NVMe PCIe So we use no raid however everything can be restored very quick and we using Enterprise DC PCIe only with great Endurance Rating as well We offer full backup free charge + Backup Jobs for management , For the Block Storage they are Triple replicated and they are cached by NVME PCI and packed up by FDR switch.

When I delete the disk, it shows unused disk. I can't add a new disk until I delete the unused disk. But once I delete it, I'm able to add the disk.

Wait can you confirm, are you saying this block storage (1TB for $7/m) is triple replicated? You are allocating 3TB of physical disk if the person fills a $7/m plan? That is very impressive, enough to make me wonder about sustainability.

We haven’t decided yet but most lucky yes or little bit higher1 or 2 dollars we will go as low as we can, We haven’t test the block storage we may take one node down & removing drives & full node reinstalling to test the recovery and see how the performance will be . We want to avoid any future issue.
