Hetzner Forcing Me To Pay Out Of The Cloud Beta Program
I've been a customer for Hetzner for years. Never had one problem until now. I guess I consider myself lucky at this point.
Looks like Hetzner's billing system made the error. But the accounting department is sticking behind the invoice stating that the beta program ended after I applied the cloud servers. Which isn't true as the invoice states in the Description column on the last line.

As Hetzner said, this server was created on January 30th and the cloud launched officially on January 23.
This one you have to pay i think.
All those remaining invoices look like that they charged from 23 January (launch date), thats the reason why only 1.94€ so i can't see any mistake.
I think you should have cancel them before beta ended.

You were charged for the post-beta usage and it's fine. Why would you keep servers active if you don't want to pay for them? Also if Hetzner would try to prevent this by cancelling your beta servers automatically you would bring this to LET with some data lost thread title.
Assuming the server has been active since the beta ended I can't see what the issue is? The dates line up with what Hetzner are saying, unless I'm missing something.
They should be laughing at this.
Yep sorry @spifey I think you have just not fully understood, this is not hetzners fault.
