Is it frowned upon to directly copy and paste a AUP or ToS from another site, and just changing the names? in reality having it done by a legal advisor or lawyer will probably have the same general content.
I'd say no, it's not as big of a deal than blatantly copying text from the home screen from a company in the same industry as you.
