Yeah just get a seedbox, easy and you don't have to configure anything.
Not so much anymore because of thacent change with their BW being no longer guaranteed for seedboxes (or anything really), a lot of the bigger places that used OVH got hit hard, Seedroots, Seedboxes.cc(they colo now I believe), etc. The ones not hit include those using LeaseWeb and server.lu mostly, though feral actually colos now at the cognet UK datacenter.

I recommend going with something from a provider who uses leaseweb or server.lu, they don't seem to care much about what goes on with their stuff.
