If you submit with an invalid authorization code, it tells you to "please contact [email protected] for authorization code."

A couple weeks ago, I got the same error. When I used https://assl.space/ instead (and used Chrome's Translate to English to make sure I was filling in the textboxes correctly), I was able to get a cert generated.

Try that, and see if it works for you guys :)

  • if it dont work, just wait for the unknown date (since the due date end february) letsencrypt wildcard released.

https://assl.space it does not give an error. But waiting about 30 minutes and nothing happens.

  • Hi everybody. Singlehop blocked my account because of issuing a large number of certificates (~ 2500-3000 certificates were issued). The date that the site was restored is currently unknown.

if they say unlimited certs it should be unlimited :)

if you need it immediately, buy it from https://www.centriohost.com/special-offers.html for $10

From another SingleHop account, just not banned yet. Do not support those who try to charge for what's almost free for them.

  • lemonlemon Member

And I guess they won't get banned soon, because they don't request such a ridiculous amount of certs. Mine still works (bought black friday 2017). But it was $5 back then.

  • Possibly as early as next week, I will restore the service.

SH does not revoke any certs from banned or "caught" accounts. Mine all work too, both from the original and the new free generators. I guess you just enjoy paying $5 randomly to people, in which case wanna my PayPal?

  • lemonlemon Member

Man you're such a douche. If the singlehop account would be free I'd say ok, that's not worth the $5, but they pay for it and make a business out of it.
Did you know, the providers here also get the servers cheaper than they sell them, but I guess you can ask them if they give it to for as much as they pay or less. No wait, you want it for free.

Of course it's nice if somebody provides it for free, but let's say your cert is expiring in two days, what you gonna do? Just give them the damn $10 and avoid unneccessary work.
$10 is nothing calculated on the year.

isn't this the scammer that called everyone cunts and refused to provide paid stolen certs after they were already paid for

From what's been posted in these threads, the minimal cost for a SingleHop account is about $8/month. And they're likely selling at least a hundred of these $5 certs per month.

What's wrong with using LetsEncrypt again?

  • @6ixth said:

Doesn't support wildcards yet. It's nice to only have to deal with 1 cert, rather than multiple if you have lots of subdomains.

The best part of this is that you can use your CN to identify everything else that nobody cared was also on that!
