Can you check event viewer?
It should tell you one thing or two
check recent updates/patches, go with safe mode to check if that keeps rebooting..
if doesn't work, format & reinstall .. (I am joking)
This is usually fixed with ACPI settings tweaks. This usually means you'll need to change S1/S3 et al in BIOS.
contact your provider
change your windows ISO
Hello, @WSS
Thank you for your help.
The ACPI settings are below. It seems be no problem.
It might be under CPU configuration on that BIOS.
I have checked the CPU configuration.
There is only ACPI T State setting. And, it is "Enabled".
Thanks.
C1 and C3 are set. Dunno. <shrug>
Find the product key for the copy of Windows that's on your PC
There are a number of drivers in this thread that might be causing it: https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/1966571-server-2012-r2-shuts-down-instead-of-rebooting
@WSS @duc5e @seaeagle
I will try, again.
Thanks.

Try rebooting next time with the command shutdown -r -f -t 30 that'll reboot after 30 seconds you can cancel it with shutdown -a
It could be something funky with the ui option that's initiating something else.

&
Intel Management Engine Interface (Intel MEI) Drivers
can also cause strange Shutdown/Reboot behavior as they interact directly with the power management features of your motherboard.
Check that they are installed or upgrade them to latest.
