    Although I do not have any relationship with the provider, I guess that the ip issue is on you and not them. So, bad luck: either contact with your government or buy a new vps and wait till it get banned again...

    I didn't use it at all. I never had a connection.

  • My VPS has been down since like the 15th. I doubt it's coming back- but for $10/yr, I'm not going to issue a chargeback- I may ask for a pro-rated refund after the 1st, though.

    My VPS with them went down last night.

  • For shits and giggles I did another reinstall, but I can't start the service in SolusVM, which is what I told them was wrong over a week ago when I asked them to manually start the process.

    the sites list that are blocked in India (block last for a few months only , I am on a govt isp, all blocked sites are opened ) is nothing compared to what they block in china :p

    many ISPs in India do not follow the block list properly or secretly open them after a few months . I have first hand experience with this .

  • I was ask for refund from online chat and ticket because i cannot access the control panel and their SSD are very slow, even my cloudatcost VPS can perform better benchmark, I even have bumps the ticket every 2 days to keep it active till more than a week they refuse to reply, so i just do paypal dispute.
