Do you have DDoS protection option in Bulgaria?
DDoS protection in Bulgaria is optional, however is usually pretty costly for most users and is paid per mbps of clean bandwidth.

Btw, Alex -- Looks like something is up with your "VPS Information" email template. Under SSH Access Information, it lists the root pass in plaintext then the pass again all "xxxxx"ed out. Not sure if you're looking to obscure the root password or not
