    It just came back up. I opened a ticket and it's still going up and down.

    You'll see cloudflare errors every so often.

    @Lee yeah something is up. One of my servers just came back up. Maybe a DDoS?

  • My 2 dedis from wholesale are up (with ~20 minutes uptime), but two other that I have with nocix still down.

  • My server still down too with them.
    Sad.

    i think the problem is from their DC.

    @dadiharta well hopefully they solve it soon. I have some customers that'll be right pissed if this continues much longer...

    It was a downtime of ~30 minutes. Give them a break!
    I opened a ticket with Nocix and will wait for the answer (both servers from them and WSI are up now).

    It's not the best idea to have clients with critical services that cannot handle an hour or two downtime, when we are tanking about the most cheap dedicated servers in the world! If it is so critical, buy some more valuable services, man!

    @jvnadr I'm not saying anything is critical mate, but this is their second bout of downtime for both my servers in less than 30 days. If they're going to YoYo then I will pay more obviously. But they were solid for a long time before this.

    @agoldenberg I think you can check dacentec if need good uptime.
    I just experienced 1 times downtime for years when they had prblem with electricity for 7-8 hours.

    With nocix/wholesaleinsternet, I often got downtime althought usually never more than 30 minutes. I could get 3 times downtime or more with nocix/wsi.
    I think Nocix/wsi have same problem with dacentec, is Electricity.

    Nocix/WSI never explain the problem but i am sure the problem is electricity, Because my server always reboot after got downtimes from NC/WSI.

    The difference is, dacentec had 7 hours downtime for years, but Nocix/WSI had downtime usually between 5 - 60 minutes with downtime more than 3 times in a year.

    Dacentec offer lower specification than Nocix/WSI in same price.

    Yep. My WSI host was down for 2.5 hours. Magically came back up by itself. Classy.

    For what it's worth, they told me, verbatim:

    We are currently restoring services post a outage.   Please do note we do not monitor individual
    servers, you must let us be aware you are unable to access your server.
    

    So, I guess it's up to us to ensure that they have power, too?

    I experienced 1h 16min of downtime according to my monitoring.
    The reply to my ticket when asked about the reason was "power loss".

    My cheap server experience it too.

    i think, they start repair from higher price server.

  • Mine is $69... It never came up since it gone down.
    They reply this for every ticket.

    We will let you know when the service is online. please note that we are under a heavy ticket queue at this time.

    If you still find down. Try to reboot from their website.
    I think, they just restored their power but didn't check server one by one.

  • Still down here. Have tried power cycle via their panel with nil joy. No response to ticket. Will play the waiting game.

    I think they prioritize all tickets which related E5 Servers or higher series.
    I got reply in minutes.

    This is my opinion, i don't know with you. I wish best for you.

    Yes, mine is Preconfig...Tried reboot... It didn't work

    Where is your DR plan ?
    Why did you choose the cheapest provider if your Customers require reliability ?
