I like your uptime reports, which shows great transparency to your customers.
But one thing I see is the 75%+ constant CPU loads on your nycnode001 node. How can this be possible ? Your other nodes shows 1%-10% load only.

Thank you Fred for your question. The Piscataway (nycnode001) has been online the longest. This just means that more customers are on this node due to it being around longer. It's possible a few people are using 100% of their CPU core as well. I'll probably be looking into that later, it's been constant for the last few days and it's clearly against the AUP to use 100% of the CPU 100% of the time. DAL was put online at the end of August and LAX was put up about 2 weeks ago.

Further, nycnode001 and dalnode001 both use virtpanel as their control panel and laxnode001 uses virtualizor. The plan is to use virtualizor for all future nodes beyond laxnode001.

Hello @dyu -- I hope you are doing well. The VPS has a predefined max. If you hit that for the month, your service is suspended until the next month or until you upgrade to the next plan for more bandwidth.
