  • Fake x2. 36,000 in with $31 fees. 1% will be $360. Prince of maroco.

    Thanked by 1dedicados
  • WHMCS count fee when PayPal only, as other gateways wouldn't POST fee params when callback.

So fee is actually not the recorded of course

He said that the PayPal IPN refuses to send the fee percentage back.

With that said, PayPal has a fixed fee. Unless you are processing some large wod, the OP would still be paying the standard fee.

@seloving Do you have proof of tax payment?

  • You didn't get me at all......
Only PayPal IPN send back fee param to callback, Stripe and paymentwall and others wouldn't send fee param.

We are operated as individual here, there is no tax on us. :)

Cost only staff salary, machine fee, transaction fee, and time.

Are you happy to discuss this personally and provide financial documents about the business apart from what WHMCS offers? Past bank financials for the company and PayPal statements.

Do you have a lawyer to represent you on this acquisition?

  • Hi. We can provide such financial proof of course. But only when you are interested and in private, wouldn't in public.

No, we don't have a lawyer.

Then I guess your target for a buyer is limited to a trusting family member of yours, or no one.

    Company incorporated where?

Has own/known lawyer worked with previously for abuse issues?

Has acquired licensing as ISP in Korea and Taiwan?

How much PROFIT? Revenue figure is absolutely useless. My companies revenues are 7 digits, yet i don't drive a Lambo.

If anything he used HKBN, because i in fact know the owner of it and that is not him but an arrogant prick with a parking space more worth than a flat in HK.

I don't think he understood what you meant by NDA.

Who are you talking about here?

Must be 1 expensive parking space. Even a 20sqr meter flat now cost about EUR 400K. Only a few parking spaces cost more than EUR 400k in HK. Mostly they seem to go for around HK$1M, or about EUR 110k.

Crazy times in HK. Everyone is completely obsessed with buying property. And don't believe all the hype that it's crazy overseas demand. It's 99%+ local HKers driving up the price. After all, what overseas investor is interested in buyin a 20sqr meter shoe box?

What? A NDA protects both parties (privacy, not being able to share details, etc.).

True. NDA or not, op needs to share and prove everything before anyone can reasonably decide to buy the biz. Which means trust!

  • We can provide information you need, but only in private.

Lol your companies make 7 digits in what currency? IDR? You really believe what you post? I mean you need to sell hardware on lowend talk to get some cash and than have a company with 7 digits in revenue? Also living in a nearly third world country ... yes you must be very successful ...

  • Welp..
