Looking for lots of small VPSes in any location

Hi all,

This request is similar to my last request, but I need a whole new set of boxes because my requirements have changed.

First up, the boxes will be sending out alot of ping requests, their sole purpose is a monitoring node so if you're not okay with this here's your chance.

Specifications I am looking for:

  • 1x IPv4 (I won't need to be listening on any specific ports)
  • 1x IPv6 (native) (read: if it's an "exotic" location and there's no v6 post it anyway, I am interested!)
  • Reverse DNS on v4 & 6, doesn't matter if manually set, I am only going to be setting it once.
  • 256mb (preferably 512mb) of ram
  • 5GB disk space. I don't care, enough to store the OS and a small executable.
  • KVM or LXC. (Want to avoid OVZ if I can, if only OVZ is available in a location I'll take it)
  • A decent amount of bandwidth, >300gb, preferably around the 500gb-750gb mark. (Having the option to upgrade is nice aswell)
  • Location doesn't matter - I need them all over the world ;-)

Now, for the budget. I want the locations to be all over the world, so I know I have to adjust my budget depending on the location.
For US and EU, I'd like to keep it under $4/m, up to $6/m
For other locations ("exotic?"), I'd like to keep it under $7/m, up to $10/m.

You're welcome to PM me offers, and I encourage test IP's/looking glasses to be PM'd. Please (if you're a provider) state in your reply whether you have v6 and rDNS. If you're a provider with a nice offer and multiple locations I am interested in I'll probably buy all of them :).

Thanks all!

If you can live with OVZ, I can offer 5 locations - BG, DE, UK, NY, LA and can create a custom discounted quote :)

  • I recently made an overview of small, cheap, yearly KVM VPSes (I also use them for monitoring). Haven't looked at reverse DNS, but the list might be of help anyway.

ServerHand has been in business since May of 2016. We are a US (Florida) formed LLC. ServerHand would be able to help you with this if you are interested.

Here are some details about the current server (adding new one soon in Dallas)

    • Piscataway, NJ Location - Choopa Datacenter
    • Intel i7 7700K / i7 6700K (They are current & decent systems for our purpose currently)
    • KVM Hypervisor
    • SSD Storage
    • 1Gbps Network Link / 20Gbps DDoS Protection

    Node Uptime Report

    Looking Glass

    Every VPS would come with:

    • 1 IPv4 & /64 IPv6 block.
    • 512MB RAM
    • 15GB SSD Space
    • 250GB Transfer

If you want one to test with, I'd be happy to let you have one for a week to use and test to determine if you want to purchase one or more. Send me a PM if you are interested (please Include an email address and a hostname for configuration) and I'll create a VPS control account for you and send you the login details back.

It depends what you consider 'exotic' - how about the Isle of Man? :)

I can do you the following:

    512MB RAM

    10GB SSD Storage

    1 CPU CORES

    1TB Transfer

    1 IPv4 Address

No IPv6 just yet and manual rDNS is fine. I can do the above configuration for £2.50 per month for you (and anyone else who wants one) :)

Now that's a nice location. Do you do plans lower than 2G? If not, I understand but it's just a bit overpowered for my needs ;-) I'll investigate shortly.

Chicago, NC, nice. I'll take a look at that.

As much as I hate OneProvider, they do have some nice locations, a shame about the v6 but I could get away with no v6 if I really wanted. Thanks!

Aye, can't complain for that price.

I should also mention I'm interested in the same locations but different DCs from providers. For example there's a number of DCs you could be in "London", same goes for NL, you get the point.

Hey Tom, a bit more information that may help.. I have some information on my site about the datacenter, but not as much as the company I use currently to obtain servers from. (No, I do not own my own hardware but I've been with Reliablesite since 2013 and pay for the server yearly.)

Here's some information about the datacenter if you're interested.
