      Yea its also fucked here.

Their whole IPv6 setup is fucked to the bone. Hey, that's OVH.

    • Yeah basically their IPv6 was added later after they made sure their IPv4 was all good, so they probably ended up doing some maintenance that stopped IPv6 from functioning DC wide.

Your best bet would be to call them on the phone and explain to them the situation and how other customers who also have servers in the same DC are affected as well

    • fLoofLoo Member

I did call them, they had no clue (german support). Their status page doesnt show anything at all. What the fuck, i'm a business customer with so fucking many servers there. Once again i'm thinking about switching to hetzner.

Has it been fixed for you guys? All of my Gravelines servers (game line) are working fine via IPv6, I just tested most of mine that are used for VPS. I haven't seen any issues here ironically (again?)

Again, still all IPv6 are offline. Nothing works here. This is a fucking joke from OVH and im uber pissed noone acknowledges this bs.

IPv6 is important and all customers want it but no one uses it

If OVH reads this, maybe fix your fucking cisco routers:

      mls cef maximum-routes ipv6 128 or even
      mls cef maximum-routes ipv6 256

Nous devons redémarrer les 2 routeurs pour sortir de l'exception TCAM. Certaine routes ne sont pas apprise en hardware et peuvent donc créé des soucis d'isolation de routage pour les adresse IPv6 derrière gra-3ab-6k.

Haha, if they restart it, this shit will happen again if they do not increase the maximum-route limit these fuckers :D

    • Not really relevant but I had a borked (but not entirely dead) IPv6 on a BHS promotion KS3C, frustrating everything that tries IPv6 first, so I disabled IPv6. Dunno whether it is fixed now.

    • fLoofLoo Member

Now they're talking BS about they want to restart the router at 04:00. Really, like i have a 12 hour outage now. Never happend at hetzner, at. all.

For anyone wondering how sh*tty OVH is when it comes to doing IPv6 things right, just read this:

"Well… I worked at OVH for a few years, and I can assure you : it’s worse than that.

shortage of IPv4 was fake news too, as no one run out so far and ISP are very slow to implement the IPv6 addresses.
