CPU core: 1 (min. 2GHz)

Disk space: +10GB

Location: Europe (Moldova, Russia, Ukraine allow)

Port speed: 1000Mbps external

3TB bandwidth

1 IPv4. DMCA and basic complaints ignored..

I run public OpenVPN server. (Not fully public. Paid service..)

    (bandwidth can be upgraded to 3 TB @ 1 Gbps with any plan)

    Public VPN is allowed as long as you can keep the IP clean.
