Why not? It's not perfect, but definitely close. I personally prefer it over cPanel, clean interface and gets the job done. Most importantly, it uses way less resources than cPanel.
I'm not saying not to use it. Just mentioning that whenever I played with the idea to use it in production I was hesitating due to people here on the forum and elsewhere mentioing that they would think of a host that is using vesta as a cheapo and would not buy.
