    Oh sorry about that, should have tagged me :)
    Usually, I would suggest you use the rel canonical HTML header: https://yoast.com/rel-canonical/

    This will tell google what the actual content URL is, preventing any duplicate content issues.

    Thanks, I'll have to do it per url. I mean something to get url automatically via php which could be time taking. Do you provide robots.txt or custom headers something? If not, any plan?

    Well a minimum yearly recharge is $10 now that doesn't look good in many cases.
