Intel E3 Processor the faster the better, would like a raid 10 setup with perhaps 4x480GB ssd no specific budget but would need to be a reputable provider with 100% uptime guarantee for production central US would be the location preference.

    It's a full server with a kvm shell on top of it basically, which is quite nice anyway.
