Come on @KernelSanders CVPS is fine. You just aren't drinking the kool-aid either.
Seriously, embarassing IOPs.
I guess selling 2GB RAM VPS at LEB prices has some repercussions huh @pubcrawler
Nah, CVPS is not always that slow. At times it gives pretty nice results >10k iops, at other times it gives as low as 20 iops. Every test I did wasn't the same result, it was last month though before I cancelled my 2GB plan.
I just had a container restart and everything to test this Chicago instance... Whew.
A floppy would certainly outperform this. In all fairness, it's just probably CVPS/CC gear. Since someone else manages the server (or so I believe) it's not their fault.
Horrendous.

Yeah, I thought it was a bit low too. I'm actually running a few tests and as @DalComp said, it varies greatly. I'll keep an eye on it though, to see if I can get this resolved.

Yeah that's a very very good result @Knownhost
See Directspace with their 108 iops. That has to be one of the worst providers ever. The last LEB offer got its share of negative comments.
Knownhost is by far the most impressive managed provider that I ever came across in ALL aspects. They are outstanding. And I have been with managed "Gems" like WiredTree, Rackspace, Gigenet, FutureHosting and ServInt. Knownhost/RocketVPS are awesome. But they are clearly not in the LEB sector while still cheap for their service quality.
Something doesn't seem right here. Please Pm me the node you got these results from.
@pubcrawler, I love being your everything love you baby
Yea, it's my second LEB which I bought before familiarize myself with LET. So I didn't really checked the reviews, etc. Frequent downtime too. Now it is pretty much idling or for script tests only.
Hey if I just stopped @CVPS_Chris everyone would forget about you
Just send me my affiliate money. And I don't accept Rials.
Well, the lowest I ever saw was 2, however, 9 is not very far.
Currently getting:
10 requests completed in 10759.7 ms, 4 iops, 0.0 mb/s
Host is looking at the problem now, so I'd rather not post who to see if they can resolve it first.
That's good @prae5. They have cavemen transcribing your data to stone tablets.
Not sure if I am allowed to post my own. However SSD2 :
Ups, I was wondering why I didn't see RamNode's normally above awesome performance. I just remembered I was running a pretty extensive script, so I stopped the script for some minutes and re-run the test:
'Nuff said, @Nick_A!
Actually, that was a great one I laughed out loud
got some very different result in cvps compare to others... perhaps I got lucky as other mentioned

Those are great numbers @belinik. Surprised at the top one. Has to be an empty node or something.
DO AMS1
@belinik is the result consistent over several tests?
@DalComp I think it was between 5 minute interval as initially I was doing it with centmin's ioping script and have similar result. Then I look around for the original script as the format was different.
just did it again:
