No 1 gbit on Kimsufi, just 100mbit
You can put 500gb of storage on a scaleway but it starts getting expensive. You could get an XC at Online with 1TB and a setup fee. You didn't mention whether you wanted EU or NA or where.

For streaming, location is likely to matter at least some.
