Isn't Mega completely fucked these days?

He has been on record a few times saying that mega.co.nz isn't safe anymore. I suppose you can take that however you like considering he isn't involved with it anymore and wants to start a new new mega.
All data are encrypted with duplicity before putting to mega. So I believe its safe. Mega is used as free remote storage provider. Yes there is the risk of closing, but they should notify via email beforehand.
