Go with NAT ip and you might get one.
CatalystHost <- best bet
@VortexMagnus
I have a VortexNode $10/year SSD KVM, about 2 months old now and working great, though too new to make long term (3 year) predictions. That price level isn't easy to find with dedicated ipv4 these days, especially with ssd. Ramnode still offers a $15/year openvz ssd plan in their US locations and I've had one for several year--also works great.
I can't think of anything else comparable in pure-SSD offhand though I'm sure there's some out there. A number of popular HDD plans come to mind if that helps, but IMHO the speed difference of SSD is really noticable and worth it unless you need the higher storage of some of the HDD plans.
I don't see any plans at that price level or any ssd plans on their site. If there's a special offer that fits the request, a direct link would be nice.

Or VortexNode, like @willie said
Thanks. Are specs for those servers available?
You can try: https://dstn.uk/order.php?step=0&productGroup=18
That is not SSD.
@nik at nodion also has had a few specials at a similar price. Shoot- I haven't had a chance to test the new panel the last two days. Hate when life interferes with my LEBs!
It looks like Virmach still offers SSD based IPv4 VMs for about $5/yr.
https://portal.catalysthost.com/cart.php?gid=26 or https://lowendbox.com/blog/exclusive-offer-from-catalyst-host/ not ssd though
I don't see a $5/y ssd plan on Virmach, though I see a $7.5 hdd openvz and a $12.5 ssd kvm.
They list a lot of locations but when I added the $12.5 kvm to the shopping cart, I didn't see anything in the order page about choosing the location. It's good to know about anyway.
Forgot about Nodion again, yes they have some nice offers.
I have a 512MB/15GB/1TB KVM plan with Virmach at a promotional price. If you want it, it will cost $11 for the first 11 months (1 month has been used, $3 to transfer), and roughly $8/yr thereafter.
Is that SSD?
Sure looks like it.
$ dd if=/dev/zero of=boogers bs=1m count=512 512+0 records in 512+0 records out 536870912 bytes transferred in 6.029 secs (89048086 bytes/sec)
That's 89mbyte/s, doesn't look anything like ssd to me.
Here's my vortexnode ssd dd test:
That's under NetBSD UFS without softupdates.. it ain't fast.
Micro+ with leb30 code, they state it's ssd based

where is this vps?
In the Netherlands, in Wormer close to Amsterdam.
Thanks, I also need a similar server; but in US or UK.
Sorry, i can't offer u this.
