Some control panels have built in nameserver systems.

Research nsd- it's a hell of a lot better than bind to manage (if you don't mind learning new things), and it isn't stuck with handcrafted TXT fields like djbdns in 2016.
Bind9 is indeed not easy to setup. DNS at all is a thing you will need to have some knowledge for. I also got my own name servers. I can help you when you want to go with bind9 tho.
