Thank you very much for you patience! We review orders manually, except those from existing customers. Since we have received a really huge number of orders this night, processing will take some time.

Please, no more order for Los Angeles. Unfortunately, we do not have enough free capacity there. All other locations are fine.

Fox404 said: Why my IP address is not La but Miami

We do not have a location in Miami. If you have ordered a VPS in LA, the location should actually be LA.

mht7011 said: I forgot to turn off my VPN, the subscription will be valid or be a FRAUD?

Your order will probably be rejected. Please place another one.

yywudi said: only new order? is that possible to upgrade current Cloud-15 Plan in LA to this Cloud-BF plan?

Yes, this special offers is only valid for new orders. We can't upgrade or downgrade existing servers to these plans.

icey said: I bought the wrong location, can i change the location? And do you have a refund policy?

Please drop us a mail at [email protected]. We can probably change the location, but it will take some time.

CasualCanvas said: Is the price offer only for 1 year? For both the 1GB and 2GB offers.

Yes, it's yearly for both plans.

KylinT said: Date wrong. Should be Nov 28th 2016.

Indeed, this offer is valid till Nov, 28 2016. Except for the LA location which is sold out.

  • Shame, would have been interested in LA.

Thank you very much for all your orders!

We are still processing the orders that we have received over night. A couple hundert of them are still to be reviewed.

Unfortunately, we will not able to provision all VMs that have been ordered in LA today. But we're currently preparing new node for that locations and all orders will be processed after that.

If it is going to be a couple of days/weeks to provision, no problem.
But how about an up/down email on if we are in the queue or not.

    EDIT:

    Dear Frank,

    >

Thank you very much for your order.

    >

Due to the very high number of orders we have received, VMs in Los

Angeles are currently out of stock. At the moment, we prepare new nodes
for this location, but it might take up to 2 weeks till they are ready.
We will send you a pro-forma invoice after that.
    >

Please do not hesitate to ask if you have further questions.

    >

    Kind Regards,

    I'm happy now. Thank you.

  • Out of stock?

  • LA out of stock :(
If i order in Dallas now, could you move it to LA after available?

    Thanks

We can't migrate VMs to a different location at the moment. We currently consider to accept orders for LA again, but the provisioning will take about 2 weeks as mentioned earlier in this thread.

I am sorry for the incovenience caused. We hadn't expected to receive almost 1000 orders for our LA location over night.

Indeed. We have completely underestimated that.

@vpscs: We are doing our best to process all orders and answer all sales questions in a timely manner, but there are still a couple hundert tickets in the back log. Unfortunately, if your order hasn't been accepted yet, you would need to wait 2 week for a VM in LA to be provisioned.

I'm interested in LA, and 2 weeks(or a little more) delivery time is not a problem.
Please update this post when you accept orders for LA again, tks.

  • @UltraVPS I haven't receive your payment information, can you help me? it's my email address [email protected]

  • It is out of stock now. Is it going to comeback with the same special prices ?

  • fanfan Veteran

Maybe just reopen ordering for locations except for LA?

  • Grabbed one Cloud-BF2 at Netherlands, initial benches look good.

    Thanks for the offer @UltraVPS though I would have loved a 4GB KVM for < €50 ^^

We might re-open ordering for a limited time on Monday morning (European time). In that case, I will update this thread.

seems a lot of the routing goes through AMS from duesseldorf anyways ;-)

  • One somewhat unusual thing: My Cloud-BF2 (advertised as 50 GB SSD) has been provisioned with two virtual harddisks:

NAME MAJ:MIN RM SIZE RO TYPE MOUNTPOINT
    vda 254:0 0 10G 0 disk
    ├─vda1 254:1 0 9.6G 0 part /
    ├─vda2 254:2 0 1K 0 part
    └─vda5 254:5 0 466M 0 part [SWAP]
    vdb 254:16 0 50G 0 disk
    └─vdb1 254:17 0 50G 0 part /data

I get around 140 MB/s IO speed on both drives (both with 1M and 64k blocksize), so it doesn't look it's to separate HDD and SSD.

@UltraVPS I don't mind the extra 10 GB, but what's the rationale behind this? ;)

vda might be local storage on the node and vdb ceph/zfs from a storage pool... it's a cloud product, so this might help on up-/downgrading, just in case.

at least this way you get 50G net usable space, which is really nice ;-) you can easily remount it to home or anywhere else. also you get vnc via their control panel, so most probably can run another iso install and setup your own partition layout , e.g. LVM to merge if you feel this would be a good idea.

  • @UltraVPS
I am having trouble ordering the server. I tried everything but your system is telling me

"Please enter a valide Phone Number"

I was entering a valid genuine number. Its a required field so didn't want to fill anything there. What should I do?

    Thanks

  • Thanks, I registered 3 VPS, but had to wait a confirmation email!!
