I think you mean, "Thought" :) Though if that's not the case, sorry. Good luck with your offer!

    Cheers

    Ah, thanks!

On another topic, the yearly offer codes expire November 30th.

Just a 'thought' for all the people who have a look and decide they are not interested, perhaps leave some feedback?

No need to hold back, I would love to know what would be more interesting as a product or why this is uninteresting if it does not appeal to you?

  • You should have probably waited till Black Friday and released something then. Perhaps with better pricing.

@JoeMerit what is your ideal package/price then?

There are more places to release an offer than LET and no rule against updating this one :)

    Starter 2 for $13.50/year perhaps :p

Just my opinion. Don't be mad.

I appreciate the feedback, at 1:1 ratio i.e. no overselling that would yield a small loss :)

That said, its not impossible to do some clearance packages on nodes with a bit of ram left here and there.

Do you usually go for 512mb plans then?

I can use any plan based on my needs. 128MB-4096MB. Right now starter 2, suit my need.

IMO your service is always deliver 100% satisfaction.

  • What happens if you reach the bandwidth limit?

Does it stop or is there a charge?

  • AnthonySmithAnthonySmith Member, Patron Provider

It stops, you can upgrade if it is going to be a regular thing, if its going to be every now and then you can put a ticket in I usually don't mind giving people a few hundred extra GB to see them through.

  • Are the starter packages for ServersNV all KVM or OpenVZ?

    @Droid

    KVM.

Sorry good point, that is not obvious.

  • It thought it was OVZ. :)

  • hello.. is this considered as a personalized plan for a possible refund?

    I don't understand the question?

  • What's the difference between the ServersNV KVM and the InceptionHosting KVM's? Just the brand (and specs)?

  • AnthonySmithAnthonySmith Member, Patron Provider

    That's it in a nutshell.

  • I'm assuming they're in Enfield as well?

  • AnthonySmithAnthonySmith Member, Patron Provider

yes they are in Enfield as well, at some point ServersNV will merge physically in to Inception Hosting, the take over was difficult though so it has been left as 'a brand of' for now.

Different package types and user base so its interesting to see what works and what does not.

The two business packages seem like great deals to me. I was holding out to see what this black Friday malarkey brought in terms of deals but I'm tempted just to get this now and save faffing about comparing endless deals.

Planning on using it as my personal/family email server and a few apps for us all. Probably one of the starters would be good enough, but £30/yr is a bargain for a nice 1GB KVM.

    edit: no Debian 8 image?

  • AnthonySmithAnthonySmith Member, Patron Provider

Debian 8 is available in solusvm.

  • why is uk cheaper

    Cheaper than what?

  • I misread sorry

  • Hi Anthony,

Do you have anything around these specs in the UK.

KVM, 5GB HDD, 256MB RAM, 50GB BW - Just for a replacemnt DNS server in the UK so requiremnets are low.

Looking to pay yearly, I hate monthly bills ;) if you can drop me a line on what you could do this for, I would be very greatful.

  • AnthonySmithAnthonySmith Member, Patron Provider

@majestic I cant go any lower than the Starter 1 - KVM @ £10.00 p/year, the disk and BW are not really a factor in the pricing.
