Running the own data centre in Lithuania (Eastern Europe), VPSnet.lt can offer various IT solutions for attractive prices. At this time VPSnet.lt offers almost double resources for OpenVZ VPS servers for the same price:

VPS1
  • 1GB RAM
  • 2Ghz/1 core CPU*
  • 10GB SSD
  • 50Mbps uplink
  • Unlimited transfer
  • 1x IPv4
  • OpenVZ/Custom
  • $2.2 first month
  • Order here
VPS2
  • 2GB RAM
  • 3Ghz/1 core CPU*
  • 15GB SSD
  • 80Mbps uplink
  • Unlimited transfer
  • 1x IPv4
  • OpenVZ/Custom
  • $3.3 first month
  • Order here

*- Explanation of how CPU Ghz are calculated can be found here

We’re calculating CPU power in Ghz because it’s most accurate way to measure CPU. Power of vcpus/vcores can be for ex.: 1.8 Ghz and it’s not fair – users can’t see real CPU clock rate before buying.

VPSnet.lt has their own IP space and also is a RIPE member, so if you need more IP space for additional price – just contact us. On top of that, we have our custom control panel which has many useful functions, for example, it allows easily upgrade resources (CPU, RAM, SSD…) of any VPS plan in less than a minute, instant setup, daily backups, reverse DNS, change hostname etc.
All servers support TUN, TAP, and PPTP by default.
Also, we provide a 30-day money back warranty and have wide range of payment methods: bank wire transfer, Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, WebMoney, Payza, PaySera, SafetyPay, CashU, SMS messages and many others.

  • Do you allow high bandwidth usage?

  • First month only?

  • From my experience you have a good network, but it has always been difficult to keep the server because of the slower link (100mbps or less). Have you considered offering Gigabit connectivity? Also, have you considered a KVM based offering? Either of these things with your network would be a very tempting offer.

    Just a suggestion.

    Cheers!

Our services should not be used for intensive traffic usage. If you want to get dedicated traffic please contact us directly.

VPS discount is valid for the first buying period. It can be month, year or more. Also for longer time renewals you can get individual discount by contacting us.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, we're thinking about higher links, but at the moment it's possible to get 1Gbps with buying physical dedicated server. Note - if you have custom requirements (you need more traffic, CPU, disk space etc.) you can always contact us and describe your needs, we will try to do our best to provide a solution for you.
What about KVM - yes, we're offering them (VDS service) too with higher price, but we're planning to upgrade them very soon :)

You broke the rules on pricing.

jarland said: VPS must not exceed USD$7/month recurring on monthly billing, with no setup fee,

Your plans 2,3,4 does not meet the criteria, The recurring price is over 7$, if you apply VAT, in all of those plans.

Also, even the discounted price for the 4 plan is over 7$ if you apply VAT.

Please change prices or remove those offers.

We do not broke any rules, plan pricing is monthly based so you can order for 1,2,3 or more month`s for this price what we provided in this forum.

VAT may be different for every country or it can be 0 at all. VAT is calculated only for EU customers who dont have vat number, for every one else it will not be calculated (so it means 0 VAT). To get real VAT value for you, you must register and login.

Is this price a recurring price? This means, does your client that sign up for a month, pay the same price for the next month? If no, then you brake the rules. Rules are clear:

VPS must not exceed USD$7/month recurring on monthly billing

If the price listed in this offer is recurring, then, you false responded to @jenkki :

VPSnet said: VPS discount is valid for the first buying period. It can be month, year or more

If what you responded is accurate, then, this is not recurring price but for first payment only (it does not matter if the FIRST payment is for a month or so).

As for the VAT, it is common here that the price must be final WITH taxes. If you are an EU company, then, VAT is mandatory for EU customers and the VAT price of your country must be included in the final price. At lest IMO. But for this field, let's ask an admin ( @Jarland or @Ishaq ).

  • Final pricing must be $7/month or less for every billing cycle (i.e every invoice) regardless if it's monthly, or annually (max $48/year).

As for taxes/VAT, this varies by customer's location and is not something you make profit on so while not favourable to some customers, we can allow.

This is non negotiable. Please adjust or remove the plans above price limits after the first term.

  • @VPSnet, that offer is pretty WHT'ish. Cheapest price for first month in the offer title and then it's a) not recurring (which is allowed, ok) and b) no transparency for the actual recurring price. Even on your website one has to go deeper in the order process to figure out the actual price.

If there is no rule, that forces providers to include the actual recurring price in the offer itself, then I vote for having it.
